Introduction

Dear Parents:
We are excited to announce our new school management system – FACTS SIS (Student information System).    The FACTS Family Portal – a private and secure platform that will allow you to see the academic information specific to your children, while protecting information from others.  
You will be able to view information such as:

• Calendar Info
• Staff Directory* (no family information will be made available in Facts)
• Grades that have been entered in the gradebook
• Attendance
• Student Classes
• Student Schedule
• Report Card (for previous quarter)
• Resource Documents  (documents that go out with newsletter  e.g.: Mask orders, Uniform Guidelines)
• Teacher Websites
• Family information / name, address, phone and email/  only available for you to view and verify

Create a new account

1. Go to : https://factsmgt.com and click Parent Login.
2. Then select FACTS Family Online
3. Type in the School’s District Code:  SPL-MI
4. Click Create New Family portal Account
5. Type in your email address (this email is the same one that we have on file from your registration).   
6. Click Create Account.  An email will be sent to you which includes a link to create your login. This link is active for 6 hours. 
7. Select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link. 
8. A web browser displays your Name and FACTS Person ID. • Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm your password.
