Mrs. Forsythe earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Siena Heights University where she majored in Theatre/Speech Communications with an emphasis in Child Drama and a minor in Education. In 2002 she earned a Masters of Education Degree from Saginaw Valley State University in Educational Leadership. Mrs. Forsythe started her career at St. Jude in Detroit as a sixth grade teacher. Upon getting married, she moved to St. Mary in Mount Clemens where she taught fifth grade and served as principal. Before becoming principal at St. Paul School, Mrs. Forsythe was a long term substitute, a fifth grade teacher, and the assistant principal. She and her husband, Jim have three children. They are also members of St. Paul Church.
